Night Yoga classes allow attendees to experience the health benefits of Yoga outside standard office hours, and are a great way to destress after a productive day.

The purpose of our classes is to enhance members’ strength so as to ensure mobility well into their future. Our classes align with NSW’s school terms, offering different programs each term.
 
Members of our Yoga Group are very supportive of each other. They all work at their own pace and are encouraged to do only what they feel is right for them.

Our program involves alignment and key standing poses linking breath and movement whilst focusing on positioning our bodies correctly. To build strength and flexibility we sometimes use ropes and chairs which are useful for stretching and strengthening legs. 

To participate in Yoga all you will need are a Yoga mat and towel.

BEGINNERS AND EXPERIENCED PRACTITIONERS ARE WELCOME AS EVERYONE WORKS AT THEIR OWN PACE
