This Friday 26 November we welcome back our vicarious travel guide, Colin Gratwick who will be taking us on a tour of ‘England’s Green and Pleasant Land.‘ As Colin writes :
‘This presentation will take you on a pictorial journey through English towns, villages and countryside. We will see the changing seasons which bring with them the changing colours and textures of the natural world.
We will explore the coasts and beaches which depend so much on the geology of their specific areas. We will note the unique architectural styles of different parts of the land and visit ancient castles, stately homes, local churches and cathedrals, all of which make England so distinctly English.’
So all aboard for our journey, wishing we could all go there in person.
Please click to register, with the session as usual starting on Friday at 10 am in the Uniting Church hall. Hot water will be provided for your morning tea.
Best regards,
Ray Keipert
